REAR COOLING UNIT (for Integrated Blower Motor Fan Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE COOLER WIRING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 clamps, 4 connectors, and cooler wiring harness sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR COOLER BLOWER RESISTOR

      Remove the 2 screws and rear cooler blower resistor.

  3. REMOVE COOLING UNIT CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 18 screws and cooling unit case sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE COOLER NO. 2 THERMISTOR

      Disengage the clamp and remove the cooler No. 2 thermistor.

  5. REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (REAR)

      Remove the screw and clamp.

    2. Remove the evaporator sub-assembly (rear).

  6. REMOVE REAR BLOWER FAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BHV5

      Remove the 3 screws and the blower fan motor assembly.

      Tech Tips


      • Use the same procedure as for the opposite side.

      • Removing the cooling unit case enables removal of the blower fan RR without disassembling the cooling unit assembly RR.

  7. REMOVE COOLING UNIT CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and the cooling unit case.
