  6. CHECK HARNESS OR CONNECTOR


    1. Disconnect the cooler stabilizer amplifier connector.

    2. Disconnect the air mix damper control switch connector.

    3. Disconnect the ambient temperature sensor connector.

    4. Disconnect the quick heater connector

    5. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  8. CHECK MAGNET VALVE


    1. Inspect the magnet valve under Test Mode.


      1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

      2. Set the temperature so that the setting is not MAX HOT.

      3. Turn the ignition switch off, start the engine, and then press the A/C switch twice within 3 seconds.

      OK
      A magnet valve operation sound is heard.

      Tech Tips

      Test Mode ends when the temperature is set to MAX HOT or the A/C switch is pressed.
