STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY INSPECTION


  1. REMOVE STEERING COLUMN TUBE ASSEMBLY


    1. Check that the steering column tube bearing rotates smoothly without looseness (in the axial direction) and that there is no irregular noise.

      Tech Tips

      Replace the steering column assembly if the bearing does not rotate as specified above.
