  1. INSPECT VACUUM PUMP BLADE A


    1. A01BB0OE02

      Using a micrometer, measure the thickness of the vacuum pump blades A.

      Standard
      16.5 mm (0.650 in.) or more (height)
      5.8 mm (0.228 in.) or more (width)

      Tech Tips

      Measure the thickness at the position with the smallest value.

  2. INSPECT CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BBY6E02

      Check that air flows from the hose side to the pump side.

    2. Check that air does not flow from the pump side to the hose side.

    3. If necessary, replace the check valve assembly.

  3. INSPECT VACUUM PUMP HOUSING


    1. A01BC52

      Inspect the inside surface of the housing for scoring.

    2. If necessary, replace the vacuum pump assembly.
