2KD-FTV VACUUM PUMP REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.1

  2. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2

  3. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BDP4

      Slide the clip and disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the vacuum pump.

    2. Remove the union bolt, vacuum pump union and 2 gaskets.

    3. A01BDDZ

      Remove the 2 nuts and pull out the vacuum pump from the engine.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings.
