1KD-FTV VACUUM PUMP REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE TIMING GEAR COVER INSULATOR


    1. A01BFRD

      Remove the bolt and timing gear cover insulator.

  2. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP


    1. A01BA96

      Slide the clip and disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the vacuum pump union.

    2. A01BEM9

      Remove the 2 nuts and remove the vacuum pump.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the vacuum pump.
