BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID

    Note

    Wash off brake fluid immediately if it comes in contact with any painted surface.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER

      Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the 2 brake tubes from the master cylinder.

    2. Disconnect the warning switch connector.

      for Manual Transmission:

      Slide the clip and separate the clutch reservoir tube.

    4. A01BHTT

      Remove the 2 nuts, and disconnect the bracket.

    5. Remove the brake master cylinder from brake booster.

  3. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER LESS RESERVOIR TANK CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the retainer, master cylinder reservoir tank and the 2 grommets from brake master cylinder.
