REAR SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL

  2. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR LH


    1. w/ Skid Control Sensor Wire:


      1. A01BF6B

        Disconnect the connector.

      2. Remove the bolt and rear speed sensor.

        Note

        Prevent foreign matter from attaching to the sensor tip.

      3. Remove the O-ring from the rear speed sensor.

    2. w/o Skid Control Sensor Wire:


      1. Disconnect the sensor connector.

        A01BAL2

      2. Detach the 4 clamps.

      3. Remove the bolt and rear speed sensor LH.

        Note

        Prevent foreign matter from attaching to the sensor tip.

  3. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR RH


    1. w/ Skid Control Sensor Wire:

      Tech Tips

      Remove the RH side following the same procedures as the LH side.

    2. w/o Skid Control Sensor Wire:


      1. Disconnect the sensor connector.

      2. Detach the 3 clamps.

      3. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 harness clamps.

      4. Remove the bolt and rear speed sensor RH.

        Note

        Prevent foreign matter from attaching to the sensor tip.
