REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Swiveling Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE NO.1


    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle No.1.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH


    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the screw and reclining adjuster cover LH.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH


    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the screw and reclining adjuster cover RH.

  4. REMOVE SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE KNOB


    1. Remove the screw and seat track adjusting handle knob.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT TURNTABLE COVER


    1. Remove the 6 screws and 2 rear seat turntable covers.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER


    1. Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  7. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD


    1. Disengage the 4 rear seat cushion protectors.

    2. Disengage the hook and remove the No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad.

  8. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 10 hog rings and No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE SEAT ARMREST COVER


    1. Disengage the 2 claws and seat armrest cover.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  12. REMOVE REAR NO.1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the bolt and rear No.1 seat armrest assembly LH.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO.1 SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Remove the bolt and rear No.1 seat armrest assembly RH.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. Disengage the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly hook and turn back the cover.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support.

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  16. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD


    1. Remove the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly with pad.

  17. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 3 hog rings and No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  18. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK PAD

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER


    1. Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly outer.

  20. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTING CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Disengage the 2 cables and remove the reclining adjusting cable assembly.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION PROTECTOR


    1. Remove the 4 rear seat cushion protectors.

  22. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 6 nuts and No.1 seat leg sub-assembly.

  23. REMOVE REAR SEAT TURNTABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 4 bolts and rear seat turntable assembly.

  24. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 4 bolts and No.1 seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY
