  1. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the No.1 seat leg sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      55 N*m  { 561 kgf*cm, 41 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL WARNING REFLECTOR HOLDER ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

  4. INSTALL SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE KNOB

  5. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HINGE PIN

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LOWER

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG STOPPER

  9. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT LEG STOPPER HOLDER

  10. INSTALL REAR NO.1 SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

      w/o Seat belt:


      1. Install the 2 rear No.1 seat lock assemblies with the 6 bolts.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01BHUO

      w/ Seat belt:


      1. Install the 2 rear No.1 seat lock assemblies with the 4 bolts.

        Torque:
        42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

    Follow the same procedure as for the fixed seat type.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER (w/ Seat Belt)

  13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK HANDLE KNOB

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

      Install the 2 brackets with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      29 N*m  { 296 kgf*cm, 21 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01BG3L

      Install the 2 rear seat leg side covers with the 2 screws.

  16. INSTALL NO.1 SEATBACK SPRING ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BB2L

      Install the No.1 seatback spring assembly with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      55 N*m  { 561 kgf*cm, 41 ft.*lbf }

  17. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.1 RH

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.1 LH

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 RH

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 LH

  21. INSTALL NO.1 SEATBACK PAD

  22. INSTALL NO.1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No.1 seatback pad with 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  23. INSTALL NO.1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  25. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

  26. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  27. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  28. INSTALL NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No.1 seat cushion pad with 14 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
