REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/o Headrest) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster cover RH.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster cover LH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.2

      Remove the rear seat leg side cover No.2.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.3

      Remove the rear seat leg side cover No.3.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  6. REMOVE SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and seat lap type belt assembly No.1.

  7. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

      Disengage the hooks and remove the No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad.

  8. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      w/o Seat belt:


      1. Remove the 2 hog rings.

      w/ Seat belt:


      1. Remove the 4 hog rings.

    3. A01BBUZE01

      Remove the 12 hog rings and No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat center belt assembly inner.

  11. REMOVE NO.2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BGPK

      Remove the 4 bolts and No.2 seat leg sub-assembly.

  12. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Assist Grip)


    1. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the 4 assist grip plugs.

  13. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY (w/ Assist Grip)


    1. Remove the 4 screws and 2 assist grip assemblies.

  14. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BDEZ

      Open the fastener of the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly and turn back the cover.

    2. A01BHWCE01

      Remove the 4 hog rings and the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE NO.2 SEATBACK PAD
