  1. REMOVE RECLINING RELEASE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a piece of cloth, etc., remove the snap ring and reclining release handle sub-assembly.

      Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE NO.1 LH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle No.1 LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE NO.1 RH

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  4. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and clip and remove the reclining adjuster cover LH.

  5. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

      Remove the rear seat hinge pin and rear seatback cover LH.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 LH

      Disengage the 6 claws and remove the rear seat reclining cover No.2 LH.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER NO.2 RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  11. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

      Disengage the hook and remove the No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad.

  12. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 14 hog rings and No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  15. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Operate the reclining release handle sub-assembly and fold down the seatback onto the seat cushion as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01BD3P

      Open the fastener of the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the 6 hog rings.

    4. Operate the reclining release handle sub-assembly and return the seatback to the upright position.

    5. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    1. Remove the 6 hog rings and No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

      Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion shield inner No.1 LH.

      Remove the screw and rear seat reclining cover No.1 LH.

  28. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER (w/ Seat Belt)

      1. Remove the 6 bolts and 2 rear No.1 seat lock assemblies.

  33. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LOWER

      Remove the 2 rear seat cushion springs.

    2. Remove the 3 E-rings, 3 washers, 3 rear seat hinge pins and rear seat cushion hinge cover lower with No.1 seat leg sub-assembly rear.

      Remove the 4 screws and 2 rear seat cushion hinge cover lowers.

  34. REMOVE REAR SEAT HINGE PIN

  35. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR

  36. REMOVE SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE KNOB

      Remove the 2 screws and seat track adjusting handle knob.

  37. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER

      Remove the 11 screws and rear seat cushion under cover.
