REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly and close the fastener.

    2. A01BF02

      Engage the 2 hook and loop fasteners.

  3. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the rear No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly with the 2 E-rings and 2 pins.

    2. A01BESR

      Install the 2 springs.

  4. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

      Install the 2 rear No. 1 seat lock assemblies with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK ROD

      Install the rear seat lock rod with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK LOCK COVER


    1. A01BDPM

      Install the 2 rear seat back lock covers with the 4 screws.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Install the 2 No. 1 reclining adjuster release handles with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BAZB

      Install the rear seat belt assembly outer with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BAMF

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG STOPPER

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT LEG STOPPER HOLDER

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT BACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the No. 1 seat back cover sub-assembly.

    2. Operate the reclining release handle sub-assembly and fold down the seat back onto the seat cushion.

    3. A01BAQT

      Close the fastener of the No. 1 seat back cover sub-assembly.

  13. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Engage the claw and install the reclining adjuster cover LH.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  15. INSTALL RECLINING RELEASE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
