REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING RELEASE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a piece of cloth, etc., remove the snap ring and reclining release handle sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT BACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Operate the reclining release handle sub-assembly and fold down the seatback onto the seat cushion as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01BAQT

      Open the fastener of the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT LEG STOPPER HOLDER

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG STOPPER

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly outer.

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the 2 screws and 2 No. 1 reclining adjuster release handles.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK LOCK COVER


    1. A01BDPM

      Remove the 4 screws and 2 rear seat back lock covers.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK ROD

      Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat lock rod.

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 rear No. 1 seat lock assemblies.

  13. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BESR

      Remove the 2 springs.

    2. A01BFNU

      Remove the 2 E-rings, 2 pins and No. 1 seat leg sub-assembly rear.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BCHW

      Separate the 2 hook and loop fasteners.

    2. A01BI4M

      Open the fastener and remove the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY
