REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING RELEASE HANDLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using a piece of cloth, etc., remove the snap ring and reclining handle sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  4. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Operate the reclining release handle sub-assembly and fold down the seatback onto the seat cushion as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01BAQT

      Open the fastener of the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the No.1 seatback cover sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE NO.1 SEATBACK PAD

  6. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT LEG STOPPER HOLDER

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG STOPPER

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly inner.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the bolt and rear seat belt assembly outer.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the 4 screws and 2 rear seatback lock covers.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK HANDLE KNOB (w/ Seat Belt)

  12. REMOVE REAR NO.1 SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Belt)

      Remove the 2 bolts and 2 rear No.1 seat lock assemblies.

  13. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR


    1. A01BF2M

      Remove the 2 springs.

    2. A01BG65

      Remove the 2 E-rings, 2 pins and No.1 seat leg sub-assembly rear.

  14. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BCHW

      Separate the 2 magic fasteners.

    2. A01BI4M

      Open the fastener of the No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly and remove the No.1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  16. REMOVE NO.1 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY
