FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster release handle.

  2. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01BGIW

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 screws and center seat hinge cover LH.

  3. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the screw and center seat hinge cover RH.

  4. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD


    1. A01BCLO

      Remove the 4 bolts and center seat cushion cover sub-assembly with pad.

  5. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BGYDE01

      Remove the 12 hog rings and center seat cushion cover sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE CENTER SEAT CUSHION PAD

  7. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER LH


    1. A01BA6W

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the center seat hinge cover upper LH.

  8. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. A01BDGC

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front seat headrest support.

  11. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK COVER CENTER

      Remove the 3 hog rings and front seatback cover center.

  13. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK PAD

  14. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
