FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Split Bench Seat Type) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK PAD

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK COVER CENTER

  3. INSTALL RECLINING SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BD25

      Using a "torx" socket T50, install the reclining seatback adjuster assembly with the 2 "torx" bolts.

      Torque:
      41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01BENPE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the front seatback cover center to the center seatback pad with 8 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER SET PLATE


    1. A01BFI4

      Install the front seat cushion cover set plate with the bolt and bush.

      Torque:
      16 N*m  { 163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER

  6. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH

  7. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

  8. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

  9. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSMBLY

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT

  11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT SIDE TABLE

  12. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK CONTROL PANEL HOLE COVER

  13. INSTALL FRONT SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSMBLY

  14. INSTALL SEAT FRONT SEAT LEG COVER

  15. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

  16. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

  17. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER

  18. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1

  19. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

  20. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  21. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01BCODE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 5 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BECOE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the 3 new hog rings.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the cover.

  22. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

  23. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01BF5RE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 9 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

    2. A01BGXQE01

      Using hog ring pliers, install the 23 new hog rings.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the cover.
