FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Split Bench Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01BFLP

      Remove the hog rings.

    2. A01BHTB

      Remove the hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover from the separate type front seat cushion pad.

  2. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01BD85

      Remove the hog rings.

    2. A01BBLQ

      Remove the hog rings and separate type front seatback cover from the separate type front seatback pad.

  3. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD


    1. Remove the separate type front seatback pad from the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD


    1. A01BH0W

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the front No. 1 inner seat cushion shield.

  6. REMOVE FRONT INNER SEAT CUSHION SHIELD


    1. A01BGQF

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front inner seat cushion shield.

  7. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH


    1. A01BCK4

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH


    1. Remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH from the front seatback frame sub-assembly.

  9. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  10. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH and LH sides.

  11. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK CONTROL PANEL HOLE COVER


    1. A01BDHL

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seatback control panel hole covers.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT SIDE TABLE


    1. A01BB1D

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. A01BHOQ

      Push the 2 center seat hinge spacers in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the front seat side table.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT

      Remove the 2 center seat hinge spacers.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and 2 rear seat center armrest supports.

  14. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BG9N

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 caps.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A01BAGY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    3. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the console box assembly.

  15. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE


    1. A01BGXA

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster release handle.

  16. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01BGGH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the center seat hinge cover LH.

  17. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH


    1. A01BEQQ

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and remove the center seat hinge cover RH.

  18. REMOVE CENTER SEAT UPPER HINGE COVER


    1. Disengage the claw and remove the center seat upper hinge cover.

  19. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER SET PLATE

      Remove the bolt, bush and front seat cushion cover set plate.

  20. REMOVE RECLINING SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BCVU

      Remove the hog rings and front center seatback cover.

    2. A01BD25

      Using a "TORX" socket T50, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and reclining seatback adjuster assembly.

  21. REMOVE FRONT CENTER SEATBACK COVER


    1. Remove the front center seatback cover from the center seatback pad.
