FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Split Bench Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 23 hog rings.

    2. A01BCZTE01

      Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover.

  2. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

  3. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER


    1. A01BGZCE01

      Remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. A01BGFWE01

      Remove the 5 hog rings and separate type front seatback cover.

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  5. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE


    1. A01BEYW

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip berore use.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1


    1. A01BAQK

      Disengage the 8 claws and remove the screw and front seat cushion shield inner No.1.

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER


    1. A01BDLV

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the screw and front seat cushion shield inner.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH


    1. A01BCK4

      Remove the 2 screws and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  9. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  10. REMOVE SEAT FRONT SEAT LEG COVER

  11. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEATBACK CONTROL PANEL HOLE COVER

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 front seatback control panel hole covers.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  13. REMOVE FRONT SEAT SIDE TABLE


    1. A01BB1D

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. A01BFYX

      Push the 2 center hinge spacers in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration and remove the front seat side table.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST SUPPORT

      Remove the 2 center hinge spacers.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and 2 rear seat center armrest supports.

  15. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BG9N

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 caps.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. A01BAGY

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 screws and console box assembly.

  16. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster release handle.

  17. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH


    1. A01BGGH

      Disengage the 5 claws and remove the 2 screws and center seat hinge cover LH.

  18. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER RH

      Disengage the claw and remove the screw and center seat hinge cover RH.

  19. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER UPPER

  20. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER SET PLATE

      Remove the bolt, bush and front seat cushion cover set plate.

  21. REMOVE RECLINING SEATBACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 8 hog rings and front seatback cover center.

    2. A01BD25

      Using a "torx" socket T50, remove the 2 "torx" bolts and reclining seatback adjuster assembly.
