  4. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seatback cover sub-assembly with 2 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  5. INSTALL NO.2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Assist Grip)

  9. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP (w/ Assist Grip)

  10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK SHIELD RH

  11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK SHIELD LH

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 LH

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 RH

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  16. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat lap type belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  17. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

      w/o Seat Belt:


      1. Install the No.2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

    2. w/ Rear seat lap type belt assembly:


      1. Install the No.2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      w/ Rear seat 3-point type belt assembly:


      1. Install the No.2 seat leg sub-assembly with the 7 bolts.

        Torque:
        41 N*m  { 418 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3-POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Seat 3-Point Type Belt Assembly)

      Install the rear seat 3 point type belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the 4 screws.

  19. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION PAD

  20. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Using hog ring pliers, install the No.2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with 16 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

      Using hog ring pliers, install the 5 new hog rings.

  21. INSTALL NO.2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH PAD

  22. INSTALL SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ Seat Lsp Type Belt Assembly No.1)

      Install the seat lap type belt assembly No.1 with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  23. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER (w/ Seat Belt)

      Install the rear seat belt assembly inner with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  24. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.5

  25. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER NO.4

  26. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

  27. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

  28. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE NO.2 LH
