CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER (for 1KD-FTV) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER KIT


    1. A01BHOX

      Coat a new piston with lithium soap base glycol grease, as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01BGJTE01

      Install the piston and a new spring to the cylinder body.

      Note

      Do not damage the inside of the cylinder body.

      Tech Tips

      Install the smaller end of the spring to the piston.

    3. Install a new boot to the push rod.

    4. Install the push rod to the cylinder body.

  2. INSTALL RELEASE CYLINDER BLEEDER PLUG


    1. Install the bleeder plug to the cylinder body.

      Torque:
      11 N*m  { 110 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the bleeder plug cap to the bleeder plug.
