GENERATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  3. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE VANE PUMP V BELT

  5. REMOVE V (COOLER COMPRESSOR TO CRANKSHAFT PULLEY) BELT NO.1

  6. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT (w/o Air Conditioning)

  7. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT (w/ Air Conditioning System)

  8. SEPARATE COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH (w/ Air Conditioning System)

  9. REMOVE COMPRESSOR MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Air Conditioning System)


    1. A01BDQD

      Remove the 3 bolts and compressor mounting bracket.

  10. REMOVE GENERATOR W/ VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the terminal cover and nut, and disconnect the +B terminal wire.

    2. A01BGYE

      Disconnect the connector.

    3. Disconnect the vacuum hose.

    4. Disconnect the oil outlet hose.

    5. Remove the union nut and gasket, and disconnect the vacuum pump inlet hose.

    6. A01BCCL

      Remove the bolt and generator w/ vacuum pump assembly.

  11. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BFIGE02

      Place matchmarks as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and vacuum pump assembly.
