GLOW PLUG (w/ DPF) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE COMMON RAIL ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY

      Remove the 2 bolts and manifold stay.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD INSULATOR

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONNECTOR


    1. Disconnect the connector from the No. 1 glow plug connector.

    2. A01BGCE

      Remove the 4 screw grommets from the No. 1 glow plug connector.

    3. A01BHO3

      Remove the 4 nuts from the No. 1 glow plug connector.

  5. REMOVE GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BGOK

      Using a 12 mm deep socket wrench, remove the 4 glow plugs.
