SUB RADIATOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL SUB RADIATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BF9CE02

      Install the sub radiator assembly with the bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 200 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the fan connector.

    3. A01BCZ3E07

      Connect the upper and lower hose to the radiator assembly.

  2. INSTALL FAN SHROUD NO.2


    1. Install the bolt and fan shroud No.2.

      Torque:
      7.0 N*m  { 71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER

  7. INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

  9. INSTALL HOOD LOCK SUPPORT BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. INSTALL AIR INLET DUCT NO.1

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER

  12. INSTALL STEP PLATE COVER RH

  13. INSTALL STEP PLATE COVER LH

  14. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE

  15. ADD ENGINE COOLANT


    1. Close the engine drain plug.

      Torque:
      57 N*m  { 581 kgf*cm, 42 ft.*lbf }

    2. Close the radiator drain cock plug.

    3. Slowly fill the cooling system with coolant.

      Tech Tips

      The coolant level inside the radiator should be abserved after pressing the radiator hose inlet and radiator hose outlet by hand..

    4. Slowly pour coolant into the radiator reserve tank until it reaches the FULL line.

    5. Install the radiator cap to the radiator reserve tank.

    6. Press the inlet and outlet radiator hoses several times by hand while warming up the engine.

    7. Stop the engine, and wait until the engine coolant cools down.

    8. Add coolant to the FULL line of the radiator reservoir.

  16. START THE ENGINE

  17. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS
