EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR


    1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

      Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  2. REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR


    1. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.

      Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  3. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 4 bolts and 4 compression springs from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. Disconnect the No. 4 exhaust pipe support to remove the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 gaskets from the exhaust manifold and front exhaust pipe assembly.

  4. REMOVE EXHAUST TAIL PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the 4 No. 4 exhaust pipe supports to remove the exhaust tail pipe assembly.
