REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER NO.1 (w/ Engine Under Cover No.1)
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
CAUTION:
To avoid the danger of being burned, do not remove the reservoir cap while the engine and radiator are still hot. Thermal expansion will cause hot engine coolant and steam to blow out from the radiator.
Loosen the radiator drain plug.
Remove the reservoir cap.
Loosen the cylinder block drain plug (on the engine oil cooler cover), and drain the coolant.
Tighten the radiator drain plug.
Tighten the cylinder block drain plug (on the engine oil cooler cover).
REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

Put protective tape around the radiator grille.
Remove the 4 clips and 2 screws.
Detach the 6 claws and 2 clips and remove the radiator grille.
REMOVE AIR INLET DUCT
Remove the 3 clips and the air inlet duct No.2.
Remove the 2 bolts, 2 clips and the air inlet duct No.1.
DRAIN WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID
REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Wiper)
Remove the 2 bolts.
Separate the hose and connector, and remove the windshield washer jar assembly.
REPAIR WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)
Remove the 2 bolts.
Separate the 2 hoses and 2 connectors, and remove the windshield washer jar assembly.
REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY
Remove the bolt, and separate the radiator reserve tank assembly from the body panel.
Remove the clip, and disconnect the water by-pass hose No.1.
Remove the clip, and disconnect the water by-pass hose No.2.
Remove the radiator reserve tank assembly.
REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
Remove the 3 bolts, hood lock control cable and the hood lock assembly.
REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT
Remove the 6 bolts, 2 screws and the radiator upper support.
REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY
Loosen the clamp, and disconnect the air hose No.2.
Loosen the clamp, and disconnect the air hose No.3.
Remove the 3 bolts and the intercooler assembly.
