INTERCOOLER REMOVAL


  1. DRAIN COOLANT

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.

    2. Release the 6 claws and 4 clips and remove the radiator grille.

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR INLET DUCT

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 3 clips and the No. 2 air inlet duct.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR INLET DUCT


    1. A01BBGG

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clips and the No. 1 air inlet duct.

  5. DRAIN WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID

  6. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BCTE

      Disconnect the hose.

    2. Using a clip remover, remove the clamp.

    3. Remove the 2 bolts and the windshield washer jar.

    4. A01BELZ

      Disconnect the hose.

    5. Remove the clamp.

    6. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

  7. REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BDR3

      Disconnect the water by-pass hose.

    2. Remove the bolt and the radiator reserve tank.

    3. A01BAYX

      Disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose.

  8. REMOVE HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BBKN

      Remove the 3 bolts and the hood lock.

    2. A01BHEL

      Separate the hood lock control cable.

  9. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT


    1. A01BEL9

      Remove the hood lock control cable from the 2 clamps.

    2. A01BDTQ

      Remove the 6 bolts, the 2 screws and the radiator upper support.

  10. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BG3H

      Loosen the clamp and disconnect the No. 2 air hose.

    2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the No. 3 air hose.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts and the intercooler.
