AIR PUMP INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR PUMP BRACKET


    1. A01BAW7

      Install the pump to the bracket w/ air pump insulators.

    2. Install the wire harness connector with the clamp.

  2. INSTALL AIR HOSE NO.5


    1. Install the air hose No.5 with the clip.

  3. INSTALL AIR PUMP INLET


    1. A01BF62E01

      Install the air pump inlet with the clip.

  4. INSTALL AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY W/ BRACKET


    1. A01BFE7E01

      Install the pump w/ bracket to the body panel with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

  5. CONNECT AIR HOSE NO.5


    1. A01BF85E01

      Connect the air hose No.5 to the air pump inlet pipe with the clip.

  6. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
