PCV VALVE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL PCV VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *1 O-Ring

      Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring.

    2. Install the PCV valve sub-assembly.

      Torque:
      5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      When reusing the PCV valve sub-assembly, inspect the O-ring.

      If the O-ring has scratches or cuts, replace the PCV valve sub-assembly.

    3. Connect the PCV hose to the PCV valve sub-assembly, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  2. INSTALL ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the engine service hole sub cover with the 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
