FUEL SYSTEM INSPECTION


  1. CHECK FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. Resistance inspection.

        Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals.

        Resistance
        2.21 to 2.69 kΩ at 20°C (68°F)
        0.278 to 0.349 kΩ at 80°C (176°F)

        Note

        If checking the fuel temperature sensor in water, be careful not to allow water to enter the terminals, and after checking, clean the sensor.
