ROOF SPEAKER REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the 3 bolts, nut and rear No.1 seat assembly.

      Second row:


      1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and rear No.1 seat assembly.

  3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts and rear No.2 seat assembly.

      Tech Tips


      • Use the same procedure for the second row.

      • Use the same procedure for the third row.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 6 bolts, 2 nuts and rear No.3 seat assembly.

  5. REMOVE REAR NO. 4 SEAT ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 bolts and 2 nuts.

    2. Pull the lever in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration, release the 2 locks, and remove the rear No.4 seat assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of rear seat belt assembly outer.

    2. A01BEOJ

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the shoulder side cover of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Disconnect the bolt and shoulder side the rear seat belt assembly outer.

    4. A01BDAM

      Disconnect the bolt and remove the rear seat belt assembly outer.

    5. for Rear No. 1 Seat Bench Seat Type:

        Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

      2. A01BH1T

        Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the shoulder side cover of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

        Tech Tips

        Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

        Remove the bolt and disconnect the shoulder side of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

      4. A01BEHE

        Loosen the bolt.

      5. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the retractor cover of the rear seat belt assembly outer.

      6. A01BAOQ

        Remove the upper side bolt.

      7. Loosen the lower side bolt and remove the rear seat belt assembly outer.

  7. REMOVE REAR NO.2 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER LH


    1. A01BFZF

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of the rear No.2 seat belt assembly outer.

    2. A01BGW6

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the shoulder side cover of the rear No.2 seat belt assembly outer.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the shoulder side of the rear No.2 seat belt assembly outer.

    4. A01BCQQ

      Remove the bolt and remove the rear No.2 seat belt assembly outer.

  8. REMOVE NO.3 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER LH


    1. A01BHKL

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of the rear No.3 seat belt assembly outer.

    2. A01BEOL

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the shoulder side cover of the rear No.3 seat belt assembly outer.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

      Disconnect the bolt and shoulder side of the rear No.3 seat belt assembly outer.

    4. A01BE7O

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the rear No.3 seat belt assembly outer retractor cover.

    5. A01BCED

      Remove the bolt and rear No.3 seat belt assembly outer.

  9. REMOVE NO.4 SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER LH


    1. A01BBPR

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of the rear No.4 seat belt assembly outer.

    2. A01BCNU

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the shoulder side cover of the 2 claws and disconnect the rear No.4 seat belt assembly outer.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    3. A01BGFF

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the shoulder side of the rear No.4 seat belt assembly outer.

    4. A01BHXU

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and disconnect the rear No.4 seat belt assembly outer retractor cover.

    5. A01BAOA

      Remove the bolt and rear No.4 seat belt assembly outer.

  10. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH


    1. A01BGMI

      Remove the 5 clips and front door scuff plate LH.

  11. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  12. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM LH

  13. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM RH

  14. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of the front seat outer belt assembly RH.

  15. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH COVER LOWER LH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the center pillar garnish cover lower LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  16. REMOVE SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BBVJ

      Move the front seat assembly fully forward.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    3. Move the front seat assembly to the rearmost position.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    5. Move the front seat assembly to the center of the seat slide rail. Set the seatback in the upright position.

    6. Disconnect the front seat inner belt assembly connector.

    7. Remove the front seat assembly.

  17. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the claw and then remove the seat belt anchor cover.

  18. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the floor side of the front seat outer belt assembly RH.

  19. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 11 clips and remove the rear door scuff plate LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  20. REMOVE SLIDE DOOR WEATHERSTRIP NO.1 RH

  21. REMOVE BACK DOOR SCUFF PLATE

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 7 clips and 4 claws and remove the back door scuff plate.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  23. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY REAR LH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 35 clips and remove the quarter trim panel assembly rear LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  25. REMOVE SIDE NO.1 TRIM ASSEMBLY LH

  26. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE COVER HOOK NO.2 LH

      Remove the screw and engine service hole cover hook No.2 LH.

  27. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 5 clips and 2 claws, and remove the center pillar garnish LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  28. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the assist grip plugs.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  29. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY REAR

      Remove the 2 screws and assist grip assembly rear.

  30. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LOWER RH

      Release the 4 claws and remove the center pillar garnish lower RH.

  31. REMOVE CENTER PILLAR GARNISH RH

      Release the 3 clips, claw and remove the center pillar garnish RH.

  32. REMOVE QUARTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

      Release the 6 clips and remove the quarter pillar garnish LH.

  34. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER UPPER LH

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 clips and remove the roof side garnish inner upper LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  35. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER UPPER RH

  36. REMOVE REAR SEAT HOOK

      Remove the bolt and rear seat hook.

  37. REMOVE ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY NO.2

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the room light base.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Remove the 2 screws.

    3. A01BD2XE01

      Pull the room light assembly No.2 rearward and disengage the claw.

    4. Release the connector and remove the room light assembly No.2.

  38. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING NO.2

      Using a clip remover, disengage the 26 clips and remove the roof headlining No.2.

      Tech Tips

      The clips in the illustration are part of the components. Remove them together with the roof headlining No.2.

    1. A01BAYSE01

      Release the 4 clips and 4 claws, and disconnect the rear cooler control panel.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the rear cooler control panel.

  50. REMOVE ROOF NO.1 HEADLINING


    1. A01BDPHE02

      w/ Rear Cooler:

      Remove the 4 screws.

    2. Using a clip remover, disengage the 15 clips and remove the roof headlining No.1.

      Tech Tips

      The clips in the illustration are part of the components. Remove them together with the roof headlining No.1.

  51. REMOVE ROOF SPEAKER

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and the roof speaker assembly.
