  2. METER GAUGE AND WARNING/INDICATOR

    Speedometer

    • Based on a signal received from the wheel speed sensors, the brake actuator assembly calculates the vehicle speed and transmits data to the combination meter assembly (Direct line)*1.

    • Speedometer sensor calculates the vehicle speed and transmits data to the combination meter assembly (Direct line)*2.
    Tachometer*3 The combination meter assembly receives an engine speed signal from the ECM and the gauge needle operates (Direct line).
    Engine coolant temperature receiver gauge Receives engine coolant temperature signals from the ECM and the gauge needle operates (Direct line).
    Fuel receiver gauge The combination meter assembly receives fuel amount information measured by the fuel sender gauge and the gauge needle operates (Direct line).

    Front seat belt warning light Receives driver seat belt signals (unfastened) from the front seat inner belt assembly (Direct line).
    BRAKE warning light

    • Comes on when the parking brake switch is on (Direct line).

    • Comes on when the brake fluid level warning switch is on (Direct line).

    CHARGE warning light Receives malfunction signals from the generator assembly (Direct line).
    ABS warning light*5 Receives malfunction signals from the brake actuator assembly (Direct line).
    CHECK E/G Receives malfunction signals from the ECM (Direct line).
    DOOR warning light Receives door open signals from the door courtesy light switch assembly (Direct line).
    TAIL indicator light The indicator turns on when a taillight illumination signal is received (Direct line).
    OIL warning light*6 Receives engine oil pressure warning signals from the engine oil pressure switch assembly (Direct line).
    FUEL warning light Receives fuel level warning signals from the fuel sender gauge indicating low or no fuel (Direct line).
    Turn indicator light Receives turn signals from the turn signal switch assembly (Direct line).
    GLOW indicator light*4 Receives a GLOW indicator light signal from the ECM (CAN).
    OIL LEVEL indicator light Receives turn signals from the engine oil level sensor (Direct line).
    T-BELT warning light*3 Illuminates when odometer's display is 150000 km (90000 mile).
    Master warning light*8 Receives warning signals from sensors and ECUs (Direct line and CAN).
    Cruise control indicator light*9 Receives cruise control indicator light signals from the ECM (CAN).
    SET indicator light*9 Receives SET indicator light signals from the ECM (CAN).
    SEDIMENT/FILTER warning light*4 Receives the sedimenter signal from the fuel sedimenter switch or level warning switch (Direct Line)
    DPF indicator light*10 Receives a DPF indicator light signal from the ECM (CAN).
    Brake override system warning light Receives a brake override system warning light signal from the ECM (Direct Line).
    LED headlight warning light*11, *12 Receives a LED headlight warning light signal from the headlight swivel ECU assembly (CAN).
    Security indicator light
