BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR


    1. Disconnect the connector from the brake master cylinder reservoir.

    2. Measure the resistance between the terminals after gradually draining brake fluid.

      Float position: top (Normal condition)
      10 kΩ or higher
      Float position: bottom (Abnormal condition)
      Below 1 Ω

      Tech Tips

      If the value is not as specified, replace the brake master cylinder reservoir.
