FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Low-back Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the reclining adjuster release handle.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER NO.1 LH


    1. A01BCML

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 screws and front seat cushion shield inner No.1 LH.

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD INNER LH

      Disengage the front seat inner belt assembly wire.

    2. A01BI63

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 screws and front seat cushion shield inner LH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY

      for Driver side:


      1. Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. A01BE09

      for Passenger side:


      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Disengage the 5 clamps.

    3. A01BHQP

      Remove the bolt and front seat inner belt assembly.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

      Remove the 2 clips and 2 hog rings.

    2. A01BG1E

      Disengage the hook and remove the separate type front seat cushion cover with pad.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

      Remove the 9 hog rings and separate type front seat cushion cover.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD

  8. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. A01BDQ5E01

      Disengage the hooks and remove the 3 hog rings.

    2. A01BDKQ

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front seat headrest support.

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

  11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

      Remove the 3 hog rings and separate type front seatback cover.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK PAD

  14. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER LH

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

  15. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.

      Disengage the claw and remove the screw and reclining adjuster inside cover LH.
