INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.

    2. Release the 6 claws and 4 clips and remove the radiator grille.

  2. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER LH

  3. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER RH

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER


    1. A01BF95E01

      Remove the 8 clips and 3 bolts.

    2. Release the 12 claws and remove the bumper.

    3. Disconnect the connectors. (w/ fog light)

  5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts, clip, and the air cleaner inlet sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. A01BE2N

      Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

    2. Remove the intake air temperature sensor.

  7. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE COVER NO.2


    1. A01BG4E

      Roll up the carpet.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and the engine service hole cover No.2.

  8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL LEVEL GAUGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)

      Remove the transmission oil level gauge sub-assembly from the transmission oil filler tube.

  9. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL FILLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Transaxle)


    1. A01BBQWE01

      Remove the 2 bolts transmission oil filler tube sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the oil filler tube sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE DIESEL TURBO INLET AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR


    1. A01BDJJE01

      Disconnect the diesel turbo inlet air temperature sensor connector.

    2. Remove the diesel turbo inlet air temperature sensor and gasket.
