INJECTOR DRIVER (w/o DPF) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER BRACKET


    1. Install the injector driver bracket with the 4 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL INJECTOR DRIVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the injector driver assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 3 injector driver connectors.

  3. INSTALL SUB BATTERY (for Cold Area Specification Vehicles)


    1. Install the sub battery.

    2. Install the battery clamp with the nut.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    3. Connect the cable to the positive (+) battery terminal.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  5. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER
