CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (OCV)


    1. A01BA6DE01

      Apply a light coat of engine oil to on O-ring of the oil control valve.

    2. A01BFHL

      Install the camshaft timing oil control valve assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      8.0 N*m  { 82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf }
    3. A01BG3Y

      Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve connector.

  2. INSTALL VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01BHQH

      Install the vane pump assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      21 N*m  { 214 kgf*cm, 16 ft.*lbf }
    2. A01BD9SE01

      Connect the oil pressure switch connector.

  3. INSTALL FAN & GENERATOR V BELT
