OVERHEAD CONSOLE BOX (for Single Cab) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

      Remove the 4 screws and front door scuff plate LH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  3. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER LH

      Disengage the meshing of 2 clips to remove the quarter trim panel lower LH.

  4. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL LOWER RH

  5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Remove the bolt and shoulder anchor RH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Using a screwdriver, remove the shoulder anchor cover.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Remove the bolt and shoulder anchor LH.

  7. REMOVE SHOULDER BELT ANCHOR ADJUST COVER

      Remove the 4 claws to remove the shoulder belt anchor adjust cover.

  8. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG

  9. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 LH


    1. Remove the 2 screws and assist grip assembly No. 2 LH.

  10. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP ASSEMBLY NO.2 RH

  11. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH

      Using a screwdriver, remove the 2 clips and front pillar garnish LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  12. REMOVE FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH

  13. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM LH

  14. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM RH

  15. REMOVE COAT HOOK


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Using a roof moulding remover, remove the coat hook.

  16. REMOVE LH VISOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 screws and LH visor assembly.

  17. REMOVE RH VISOR ASSEMBLY

  18. REMOVE VISOR HOLDER


    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Using a roof moulding remover, remove the visor holder.

  19. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the assist grip sub-assembly.

  20. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the claw and cover.

    2. Remove the 2 screws and inner rear view mirror assembly.

  21. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

  22. REMOVE ROOF RACK LEG FRONT LH


    1. Remove the 2 screws leg, roof rack, FR LH.
