NAME PLATE REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE ORNAMENT


    1. Put protective tape to the body around the radiator grill ornament.

    2. Using a heat light, heat the radiator grill ornament to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).

    3. Using a scraper, remove the radiator grill ornament.

  2. REMOVE FRONT NAME PLATE NO.1


    1. Put protective tape to the body around the front name plate No. 1.

    2. Using a heat light, heat the front name plate No. 1 to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).

    3. Using a scraper, remove the front name plate No. 1.

  3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER NAME PLATE NO.2


    1. Put protective tape to the body around the front fender name plate No. 2.

    2. Using a heat light, heat the front fender name plate No. 2 to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).

    3. Using a scraper, remove the front fender name plate No. 2.

  4. REMOVE REAR BODY NAME PLATE NO.1


    1. Put protective tape to the body around the rear body name plate No. 1.

    2. Using a heat light, heat the rear body name plate No. 1 to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).

    3. Using a scraper, remove the rear body name plate No. 1.

  5. REMOVE REAR BODY STRIPE CENTER


    1. Put protective tape to the body around the rear body stripe center.

    2. Using a heat light, heat the rear body stripe center to 40 - 60°C (104 - 140°F).

    3. Using a scraper, remove the rear body stripe center.
