CAB MOUNTING CUSHION (for Regular Cab) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL CAB MOUNTING CUSHION SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2


    1. Install the cab mounting cushion No. 2 with 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      105 N*m  { 1070 kgf*cm, 77.4 ft.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CAB MOUNTING HOOK BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1

    1. Temporarily install the cab rear mounting hook, the cab mounting rebound stopper, the plate washer and the cab mounting cushion stopper together with the cab mounting hook bracket with nut.

      Note


      • Assemble the plate washers as many as those were removed. (sometime no plate washer is used)

      • Temporarily tighten so that the cab mounting hook bracket No. 1 can move.

    2. Make the cab tilt down (should not be locked), after checking that the cab and cab mounting hook bracket No. 1 evenly hit, tighten the nut.

      Torque:
      83 N*m  { 845 kgf*cm, 61.2 ft.*lbf }
