REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Double Cab) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the bolt and seat cushion link from the seat cushion assembly.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK HOLDER


    1. Remove the screw and seat back holder.

  4. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT BACK COVER

      Remove the 9 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 6 head rest supports and seat back cover.

  5. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT BACK PAD


    1. Remove the seat back pad from the seat back spring assembly.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY FRONT

      Remove the 2 seat cushion spring.

    2. A01KGXO

      Remove the E-ring, rear seat leg pin and rear seat leg sub-assembly front from rear seat cushion assembly.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT LEG STOPPER


    1. A01KHX7

      Remove the 2 rear seat leg stopper holders and seat leg stoppers from rear seat leg.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT HOOK BELT ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the screw and seat hook belt assembly from the rear seat cushion assembly.

  9. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Open the fastener and remove the rear seat cushion cover.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD


    1. Remove the seat cushion pad from the seat cushion spring assembly.
