FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Seat Double Cab) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01KGUIE01

      Install the seat cushion cover RH to the seat cushion pad RH.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover RH with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover RH with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER


    1. A01KH5WE01

      Install the seat back cover RH to the seat back pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the seat support cushion to seat back assembly with the 2 screws.

    5. Fix the pin and spring to seat back assembly RH with the E-ring.
