FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Seat LHD Single Cab) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the front seat cushion assembly RH with the 4 nuts.

      Torque:
      12.5 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9.2 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the bolt covers.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK CENTER ASSEMBLY (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)


    1. Install the seat back center assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)


    1. Install the front seat back assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH (INTEGRAL SEAT TYPE)


    1. Install the front seat back assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      19 N*m  { 194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf }
