FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Seat LHD Single Cab) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)

      Remove the E-ring, pin and spring from the seat back assembly RH.

    2. Remove the screw and seat support cushion from the seat back assembly RH.

    3. A01KESV

      Remove the 12 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    4. Remove the 5 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    5. Remove the front seat back cover RH.

  2. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER (INTEGRAL SEAT TYPE)

      Remove the E-ring, pin and spring from the seat back assembly RH.

    2. Remove the screw and 2 seat support cushions from the seat back assembly RH.

      Remove the 18 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    4. Remove the 5 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    5. Remove the front seat back cover RH.

  3. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK PAD


    1. Remove the seat back pad RH from the seat back spring assembly RH.

  4. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB RH (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)


    1. Remove the screw and reclining remote control lever from the seat back assembly center.

  5. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)


    1. Remove the screw and console cover lower.

  6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER CENTER (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)

      Remove the 11 hog rings and seat back cover center, as shown in the illustration.

  7. REMOVE CENTER SEAT BACK PAD (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)


    1. Remove the center seat back pad from the center seat back frame.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01KH33E01

      Remove the 18 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 5 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the seat cushion cover.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE SEAT TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD


    1. Remove the seat cushion pad RH from the cushion frame.
