FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Passenger Seat RHD Single Cab) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01KHDUE01

      Install the seat cushion cover LH to the seat cushion pad LH.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover LH with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover LH with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)


    1. Install the reclining remote control lever to the seat back assembly center with the screw.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK COVER CENTER (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)

      Install the seat back cover center to the center seat back pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover center with pad with new hog rings, as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER (SEPARATED SEAT TYPE)

      Install the seat back cover LH to the seat back pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the seat support cushion to seat back assembly with the screw.

    5. Fix the pin and spring to seat back assembly LH with the E-ring.

  5. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER (INTEGRAL SEAT TYPE)


    1. A01KGYWE01

      Install the seat back cover LH to the seat back pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install the seat support cushion to seat back assembly with the 2 screws.

    5. Fix the pin and spring to seat back assembly LH with the E-ring.
