FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat LHD) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly LH.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

      Using a screwdriver, remove the reclining adjuster release handle LH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER LH

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster cover LH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts, nut and seat back assembly LH.

    2. Remove the bush from the seat back assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT LEVER (W/ LUMBAR SUPPORT)

      Remove the snap ring and lever from the seat back assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER

      Remove the 5 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 4 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the seat back cover LH.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK PAD


    1. Remove the seat back pad LH from the seat back spring LH.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING SEAT BACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the 2 bolts and reclining seat back adjuster assembly RH from seat back spring assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH (W/ LUMBAR SUPPORT)

      Remove the 2 bolts and lumbar support adjuster assembly LH from the seat back spring assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER LH


    1. A01KEYR

      Remove the front side bolt.

    2. Remove the rear side bolt and front seat track assembly outer LH.

  11. REMOVE SEAT TRACK EQUALIZING WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the seat track equalizing wire sub-assembly LH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY INNER LH


    1. A01KEE5

      Remove the front side bolt.

    2. Remove the rear side bolt and front seat track assembly inner LH.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01KHLOE01

      Remove the 12 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 4 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the seat cushion cover LH.

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD


    1. Remove the seat cushion pad LH from the seat cushion frame LH.
