FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat RHD) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01KEY7E01

      Install the seat cushion cover RH to the seat cushion pad RH.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover RH with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using a hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover RH with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY INNER RH


    1. Temporarily install rear side of the seat track assembly inner RH to seat cushion assembly RH with the bolt.

    2. Install the front side bolt.

      Torque:
      18.1 N*m  { 185 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    3. Tighten the rear side bolt.

      Torque:
      18.1 N*m  { 185 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL SEAT TRACK EQUALIZING WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the seat equalizing wire sub-assembly RH to seat track assembly.

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER RH


    1. Temporarily install rear side of seat track assembly outer RH to seat cushion assembly RH with the bolt.

    2. Install the front side bolt.

      Torque:
      18.1 N*m  { 185 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    3. Tighten the rear side bolt.

      Torque:
      18.1 N*m  { 185 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH (W/ LUMBAR SUPPORT)


    1. Install the lumbar support adjuster assembly RH to seat back spring assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      7.2 N*m  { 73.5 kgf*cm, 64 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL RECLINING SEAT BACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the reclining seat back adjuster assembly RH to seat back spring assembly RH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      40.2 N*m  { 410 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER


    1. A01KGYUE01

      Install the seat back cover RH to the seat back pad RH.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover RH with pad with new hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat back cover RH with pad with new hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

  8. INSTALL LUMBAR SUPPORT LEVER (W/ LUMBAR SUPPORT)


    1. A01KGOV

      Install the snap ring to lumbar support lever.

    2. Install the lumbar support lever to seat back assembly RH, as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the bush to the seat back assembly RH.

    2. Install the seat back assembly RH with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      Bolt
      40.2 N*m  { 410 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }
      Nut
      12.7 N*m  { 130 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

    Torque:
    40.2 N*m  { 410 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }
