FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Seat RHD) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly LH.

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

      Using a screwdriver, remove the reclining adjuster release handle RH.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER RH

      Remove the screw and reclining adjuster cover RH.

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts, nut and seat back assembly RH.

    2. Remove the bush from the seat back assembly RH.

  5. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT LEVER (W/ LUMBAR SUPPORT)

      Remove the snap ring and lever from the seat back assembly RH.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK COVER


    1. A01KGSO

      Remove the 5 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 4 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the seat back cover RH.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT BACK PAD


    1. Remove the seat back pad RH from the seat back spring RH.

  8. REMOVE RECLINING SEAT BACK ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

      Remove the 2 bolts and reclining seat back adjuster assembly RH from seat back spring assembly RH.

  9. REMOVE LUMBAR SUPPORT ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH (W/ LUMBAR SUPPORT)

      Remove the 2 bolts and lumbar support adjuster assembly RH from the seat back spring assembly RH.

  10. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER RH


    1. A01KEDP

      Remove the front side bolt.

    2. Remove the rear side bolt and front seat track assembly outer RH.

  11. REMOVE SEAT TRACK EQUALIZING WIRE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A01KHOB

      Remove the seat track equalizing wire sub-assembly RH.

  12. REMOVE FRONT SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY INNER RH


    1. A01KIJM

      Remove the front side bolt.

    2. Remove the rear side bolt and front seat track assembly inner RH.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. A01KHLK

      Remove the 12 hog rings "A", as shown in the illustration.

    2. Remove the 4 hog rings "B", as shown in the illustration.

    3. Remove the seat cushion cover RH.

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE SEAT TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD


    1. Remove the seat cushion pad RH from the seat cushion frame RH.
