INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY (W/ CUP HOLDER)


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and instrument panel cup holder assembly.

  2. REMOVE CUP HOLDER HOLE COVER (W/O CUP HOLDER)


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and instrument panel cup holder hole cover.

  3. REMOVE FRONT ASH RECEPTACLE RETAINER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 3 screws<C> and front ash receptacle retainer sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.1


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and heater to register duct No.1.

  5. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.4


    1. Remove the 3 screws<C> and heater to register duct No.4.

  6. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT CENTER


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and heater to register duct center for RH.

  7. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT CENTER


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and heater to register duct center for LH.

  8. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER DUCT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Remove the screw<C> and defroster duct assembly RH.

  9. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER DUCT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Remove the screw<C> and defroster duct assembly LH.

  10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY NO.1 (RHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and instrument panel register assembly No.1.

  11. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY NO.1 (LHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and instrument panel register assembly No.1.

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY NO.1 (RHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and instrument panel register assembly No.1.

  13. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY NO.1 (LHD STEERING POSITION TYPE)


    1. Remove the 2 screws<C> and instrument panel register assembly No.1.

  14. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE


    1. Disengage the clamps and remove the instrument panel wire.

  15. REMOVE SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE NO.1


    1. Remove the bolt<B>, 3 screws<C> and instrument panel RH.

  16. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH


    1. Remove the 4 screws<C> and instrument side panel RH.
