TILT CAB MOUNTING LOCK (for Single Cab) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TILT CAB MOUNTING LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

    A01KH73

    1. Install the tilt cab mounting lock assembly LH with 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 380 kgf*cm, 27.2 ft.*lbf, (A bolt) }
      20 N*m  { 205 kgf*cm, 14.7 ft.*lbf, (B bolt) }

  2. INSTALL TILT CAB STOPPER LATCH ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tilt cab stopper latch assembly with 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 205 kgf*cm, 14.7 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL TILT CAB LOCK CONNECTING PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tilt cab lock connecting pipe sub-assembly with clip and plate washer.

  4. ADJUST TILT CAB LOCK CONNECTING PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    *1 Adjusting nut

    1. Remove the nut and pipe joint.

    2. Turn the adjusting nut and adjust the protrusion width of the bolt.

      Standard
      15.0 mm (0.590 in.)

    3. Install the pipe joint with nut.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 185 kgf*cm, 13.3 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      After installing the tilt carburetor lock connecting pipe, release the carburetor stopper clutch. When the steering wheel jumps up, adjust the adjusting nut in the direction that the protrusion width of bolt becomes smaller.

  5. INSTALL TILT CAB MOUNTING LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Install the tilt cab mounting lock assembly with 5 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 380 kgf*cm, 27.2 ft.*lbf, (A bolt) }
      20 N*m  { 205 kgf*cm, 14.7 ft.*lbf, (B bolt) }

  6. INSTALL TILT CAB LOCK CONNECTING PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the tilt cab lock connecting pipe sub-assembly with clip and plate washer.

  7. ADJUST TILT CAB LOCK CONNECTING PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
